Oh,Tannenbaum, Stay bravely green in winter time" even though it maybe easier for you since you are made of plastic. Shame on you as your real, and living cousins sacrifice themselves so we can smell them, and hang bits of Christmas on them. We love you any way, especially since you save us lots of money. You bring delight to us all. It is amazing the calm that envelopes the home after putting up a christmas tree, I am so glad we finally put it up. We have one person who is just now actually seeing the tree. Last year he was too little to know that it was even here. It is so sweet to watch him gleefully walk away from the tree with ornaments in hand and bringing them to me as if to say "Look Mom! I brought you pretty things from that tree over there!
